While he was in Scotland for the festival in Perth, Geart Tigchelaar selected poems and poem fragments of William Soutar to pair with his own photographs. William Soutar was a Scottish poet and writer who had a rather tragic life. Born in , he contracted a virus when he was in his twenties and this went untreated.
